YourTruePayment ("we") is operated by Ralph Almodovar, a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS# 264265). This policy explains what we collect when you use yourtruepayment.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Without an account: the listing link or home details you enter, and the numbers you type into the analyzer. The numbers are processed in your browser and are not stored. We keep a random browser ID and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to count free analyses.
- With a free account: your full name, email address and mobile phone number, the homes you save and their analyses (including the income, debts, savings and credit score range you entered), and any review request or note you send.
- Consent records: when you agree to be contacted, we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.
How we use it
- To show you payment estimates, save your homes and send your sign-in codes.
- To contact you about your home search and mortgage options, if you agreed to be contacted.
- To keep records required for licensing and consumer protection laws.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our email provider, our property data provider (for the listing address only), our customer relationship management system, and our hosting provider (Vercel). Each uses it only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Calls, texts and email
If you check the consent box, we may call or text the mobile number you gave, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or email us to stop calls and email. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account information by emailing ralph@yourbettermortgage.com. Some records, such as consent records, may be kept as long as the law requires.
Security
Your information is stored with access limited to the site's own servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't enter anything you aren't comfortable sharing.
